It began with a pencil
Screamzonetattoo is a tattoo and piercing studio in Mumbai, started in Ghatkopar in 2016 by Ashish Gupta.
Ashish began as a sketch artist who loved portraits and pencil realism. Pencil taught him light, shade and patience, and he carried all three over to skin. He opened the first studio in Ghatkopar in 2016 and has been tattooing for 12 years.
Today our Ghatkopar and Chembur studios make custom tattoos, piercing and cover ups, and run a tattoo course for students. Feeling Creative, an online creative publication, also published a spotlight on Ashish if you want his full story.

Hygiene comes first at Screamzonetattoo, and safety is never up for compromise.
Every session uses sterile single use needles on a clean, prepared station. Our tattoo supplies are standard professional quality and come from Kings Tattoo Supply, because what goes into your skin should never be an afterthought.
The other half of the standard is the work itself. Realism is what clients praise most, and many come back for their next tattoo and send their friends and family. That trust is what we work to keep earning.

Come in, sit down and chill. The studio is welcoming and relaxed, and the people who visit have made it what it is. Creators such as Saloni Yadav and Dalal Krishna have also visited for their own tattoos, and you can see them in the videos above.
Choose Ashish, Urmi Jagirdar or Karan Sahu from the artists page. Ashish works in realism and custom design, Urmi has a positive, minimal and contemporary style, and Karan is a realism artist who enjoys nature and animal portraits.

A visit starts with a message and a conversation, not a rushed sketch.

- Share your idea. Tell us the placement, size and any reference images, and we line up a consult with the right artist, usually within 48 hours.
- Shape the design. Your artist works through it with you before the tattoo starts.
- Get tattooed. The session uses sterile single use needles in a calm, clean studio.
